In the last quarter of 2021 IRCC has increased the number of invitations in the September month express entry draws compared to the previous quarter of COVID-19.
In the span of September 4 express entry draws were released by the IRCC. All the 4 IRCC draws held in September 2021 were program-specific. While 3 draws invited PNP nominees, 1 draw was CEC-only.

Canada invited 635 Express Entry candidates to apply for permanent residence on September 1.
Invited candidates had previously received nominations under a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP), which amounts to an automatic 600 points added to their base Express Entry score, Candidates needed a score of at least 764 in order to be invited.
#204 draw, September 14, 2021
Canada invited 2,000 Express Entry candidates to apply for permanent residence on September 14, under the Canada experience class.
Candidates needed a CRS score of at least 462 in order to be invited.
#205 draw, September 15, 2021
Canada invited 521 Express Entry candidates to apply for permanent residence on September 15. Candidates needed a score of at least 732 in order to be invited. Comparatively a low number of candidates are invited to this draw with other draws in September.

Canada invited 761 Express Entry candidates to apply for permanent residence on September 29.
Invited candidates had previously received nominations under a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP), which amounts to an automatic 600 points added to their base Express Entry score, Candidates needed a score of at least 742 points in order to be invited.
