Eligibility Skills

(A Gist About the Steam): This stream is only for those who have a Job Offer from an employer in Newfoundland and Labrador or who is working on a work visa and foreign nationals are nominated by the province.

• Must be a citizen and Work permit or be eligible to apply for one.
• Meet the requirements for the job.
• Show POF to be a PR.
• Show one have enough funds for oneself and any dependent if accoupling.
• Language Test (IELTS).

Eligibility Skills

This stream is for recent Post Graduate who has a work permit and a job or a job offer.

• Must have a Post Graduate Work permit which has at least 4 months of remaining validity.
• Must have a full-time job or a job offer from an employer in Newfoundland and Labrador and should meet the NOC in 0, A, B when the NOC is in C the job must be in Demand.
• If one has completed their graduation outside Newfoundland and Labrador must work in NFLB for at least a year and the job should be directly related to their study.
• Show one have enough funds for oneself and any dependent if accoupling.
• Should be from 21-59 years old.
• Show POF.
• Language Test (IELTS) is also required for NOC C with occupation In Demand.
• Plan to settle in Newfoundland and Labrador.

This stream is about it is for one’s who has work experience and occupation in demand in NFLB with a higher standard of education and Language test and must have a profile in Express Entry and the ones who score a higher score and a greatest interest from the employers can apply through stream.

Eligibility Skills

1. Who can apply through Express Entry is the one who has at least one year of experience in there 10 years of experience from any one of NFLB occupation in demand.
2. The Language test should have been taken within the previous year.

This stream is about it is for graduates of Memorial University or Collage of the North Atlantic.

This is for people who have already started or bought a local business.

Eligibility Skills

• Should be at least of 21years of age.
• Should give a business plan that should be verified with financial documents.
• Should have a valid post graduate work permit.
• Should have had continuous experience for at least a year in actively handling and owning the business.
• Should provide job for Canadian Citizens or PR as full-time.
• Show that the business is to make profit through sale of goods or services.
• Language test score should be at least 7 or above.
• Finish a profile in Express Entry.
• Finally, receive an ITA from Newfoundland and Labrador Immigration.

This stream is for experienced business owner or senior business managers who want to have a PR.

1. Age limit should be 21 to 59 years.
2. Should give a business plan that should be verified with financial documents.
3. Should have at least a Canadian high school diploma.
4. If one wants a PR who should be able to give economic benefit to Newfoundland and Labrador by owning and managing the business.
5. Should have at least 600,000 CAD in net banking and as personal assists which can be transferred any time to Canada.
6. Must be able to invest 200,000 CAD at least to start a business in NFAB with at least 33.3 % or 1 million as investment.
7. Should provide job for Canadian Citizens or PR as full-time.
8. Show that the business is to make profit through sale of goods or services.
9. Should have experience in managing and owning the business for at least 2 years and should also have experience as a senior business management for 5 years in previous 10 years.
10. Language test score should be at least to the score 5.
11. Finish a profile in Express Entry.
12. Finally, receive an ITA from Newfoundland and Labrador Immigration.

This stream is basically for skilled workers and International students.

This stream is only for 4 provinces they are.

• Nova Scotia.
• New Brunswick.
• Newfoundland & Labrador and,
• Prince Edward.
